Out of date food isn't out of the question
The Guardian has a feature about the growth of websites trading in food that's trapped in the limbo between its sell-by and use-by dates. With millions of tonnes of food thrown away every year, much of which could still be eaten, any efforts to cut the waste should be welcomed.One company they mention is Approved Foods.
