Not cod
As cod, plaice and haddock are threatened by over fishing it's being suggested that we try other fish. I often go and wander around the fish market in the refurbished Arndale, wishing I knew what to do with some of those exotic creatures and mumbling "One day...."Technorati tag: Food, Fish
