Invasive species and the retail ecosystem
An interesting piece in the Guardian's Comment is Free section, likening Tesco and other chainstores to the sort of introduced plant or animal species that destroys local ecosystems. There's a Tesco Metro just down the road but, unless I absolutely can't avoid it, I only go in there to get money from its cash till.Technorati tag: Shops, Tesco, Local Food
