Eat what you're given
It's a bit reactionary, but Prue Leith's proposal to restrict the choice on school menus is a step in the right direction. One meal a day, constantly rotating to give a greater variety of options over time rather than right away, would cut waste and could improve child health. It might also cut the take-up of meals, however, negating some of the positive effects.Technorati tag: Food, School Dinners
