Roast

It's been a while since I last did one of my Sunday Roasts. The vegetables are a bit of a speciality. There's no real recipe- in this case it's onions (red and white), new potatoes, sweet potatoes and cauliflower mixed with bacon bits, garlic and rosemary. This then serves as a base for the joint to roast on. The joint, if you're wondering, has been covered with horseradish sauce. Everything is cooked for as long as recommended, about 90 minutes. The only drawback is the lack of juices to make gravy, but no-one ever seems to mind.
