Step On

I bought a step meter for Sunday's jaunt up Sca Fell Pike and registered a respectable 19,472 steps. With that as a starting point I had to begin recording my steps again. The recommended daily average is 5,000 or so steps, so I'm aiming to do better than that. There's a little bit of "finessing" of the figures- one mile by bike is going to equate to a thousand steps because it would be unfair to discount that exercise, wouldn't it. Expect irregular updates on this and other health improvement plans I undertake.
